Bret McSpadden was Publications & Knowledge Manager at IRC Ethiopia where he focused on supporting documentation, communication, and learning across all Ethiopia programmes as well as supporting the implementation of monitoring technologies in Afar, Amhara, and Somali regions.
Bret completed his Master of Science at the University of Colorado Boulder where he studied Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICTD). Bret has a background in programme management, technology, and education, and is passionate about working with local stakeholders to understand their needs and work together to design appropriate systems and solutions.
