Marc has over 25 years of experience as a communications consultant and in senior leadership roles, developing teams, organisations and leading high-impact campaigns. Previously he has managed Music Manifesto, the UK's most successful arts and creativity campaign ever, led work for the Commission for Racial Equality on tackling racial attacks in the UK and has commissioned content for the BBC. He has also coached leadership teams at Wales Millennium Centre, CISCO and the UK's first City of Culture, Derry-Londonderry.
