Ingeborg has 20 years of international development experience, of which 16 in WASH. She is a senior programme officer leading the Asia and India Country Programme with a specific focus on sanitation and hygiene. Recently, most of her work is on district-wide approaches related to wash-systems change in Africa; on urban sanitation in India; and on empowering citizens and civil society organisations in Bangladesh. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an MA in Anthropology, BA in Psychology and training in information technology.
