| Abstract | This annual report comes at the end of IRC's 2012-2016 business plan. An "IRC at a glance" infographic provides data on inputs, outputs, outcomes and impact. The report reflects on the successful end of programme evaluation, while focusing on two important new initiatives: the Agenda for Change partnership with WaterAid, Water for People, Aguaconsult and Osprey Foundation, and advisory service IRC Consult. This is followed by highlights of activities in each of the six focus countries - Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Honduras, India and Uganda - as well as of IRC's international programme. The report concludes with an overview of governance and staffing, an income statement for 2012-2016, donors and other funders in 2016, and expenditure per programme in 2016. The report is dedicated to IRC Board member Piers Cross, who passed away on March 2017. |
