These reports describe the results and methodology of the evaluation of the situation in the four pilot areas in the project: Marsabit, Moyale, Turkana and Wajir. With these evaluations the stakeholders in the different areas will develop their vision and water master plans that are the basis for future planning of interventions and capacity building, linked to the overall development ambition for the areas.
