Abstract | This study, commissioned by Triple-S, seeks to shed light on the progress in achieving scaled-up sustainable rural service delivery. It examines a number of service delivery models currently being implemented in Sri Lanka, by identifying their strengths, challenges and limitations. The study also identifies key conclusions for achieving more sustainable service delivery in Sri Lanka. It is one of 13 country studies done as part of a broader international study.
