Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Manager | IRC Uganda
Moses brings to IRC a lot of experience having worked with different development partners at local, district, national and international levels including USAID, DFID, Irish Aid, ILO-IPEC among others. He has over 10 progressive years of work experience performing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tasks for different development interventions including but not limited to; Water Sanitation and Hygiene, HIV/AIDS, Orphans and other Vulnerable Children, social accountability, national and district local governance. With a focus on establishing and strengthening M&E systems, development and operationalisation of performance indicator reference sheets, data collection & reporting tools, technical M&E capacity enhancement including coaching and mentorship.
Moses is passionate about results based management and is a good team player. He holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Chain Management, and a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies. Moses is married with 3 children, friendly, and always looking forward to expanding his social networks.
