This set of fact sheets present the main results from a user satisfaction survey conducted in 2013 to enhance monitoring data on functionality, service levels and service provider performance collected in 2011 (round 1) and 2012 (round 2). This study was conducted in three pilot district, namely Akatsi (Volta Region), Sunyani West District (Brong Ahafo Region) and East Gonja District (Northern Region).
In the Akatsi District 384, Sunyani West, 361 and East Gonja District 417 households were interviewed on water use and seasonality, satisfaction with the level of services received, and perception on performance of service providers.
