| Abstract | This fact sheet presents the main results from a user satisfaction survey conducted in 2013 to enhance monitoring data on functionality, service levels and service provider performance collected in 2011 (round 1) and 2012 (round 2). In Sunyani West, 361 households using point sources and boreholes were interviewed on seasonality and water use, satisfaction with the level of services received, and perception on performance of service providers. |
