Target audience analysis tool

Target audience analysis table gives guidance for a structured process for identifying communications targets (organisations and people), prioritising them, and defining pathways to influencing (contacts, opportunities, and messages based on target's interests). The table results in a more granular understanding of audiences--moving beyond organisations to identify individual decision-makers and influencers and opportunities to leverage existing relationships and connections. It can be used as the basis for a communications strategy or as a working document to support on-going engagement with audiences.
