| Abstract | The main objective of the workshop was to build sufficient capacity of the rural WASH team to: 1. Prepare, conduct and complete a baseline survey in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene for All (SSH4A) Programme districts of good quality; and 2. Conduct sound performance monitoring during the period of the SSH4A Programme. A similar workshop was held in Bhutan. |
