Abstract | Historically, Uganda has demonstrated commitment in aligning government planning processes within the framework of the WASH priorities under the SDGs. However, there have been consistent gaps in meeting the financing obligations that would result into the achievement of the WASH targets. This calls for unconventional measures for influencing government to secure essential resources to finance the fast-tracking of Uganda's milestones for agenda 2030. |
