Abstract | The report describes results of an assessment of water sector partnerships in Ghana conducted in 2013. Detailed issues investigated include the degree to which actors share a common vision of a changed sector, perceptions of state capacity to provide effective leadership and coordination, and the effectiveness of performance tracking. The report identifies existing hurdles to convergent practice and proposes a number of actions to be implemented within an evolving process of harmonisation. |
