| Abstract | This presentation describes IRC's Asset Registry Assessment Tool and how Water For People used it in Rwanda's Rulindo district. The tool assesses the age of water system components, overall functionality/level of service provided by the water system, and the physical state of water system components. It allows users to determine the level of priority to replace/repair a water system, the risks based on age and current condition, and service levels.
