| Abstract | This is the third Water and Environment Sector Performance Report. It provides a concise and transparent overview of investments, targets, achievements, outputs and challenges for the sector. The report includes data and analysis with respect to the access, functionality and equity of improved water supplies and sanitation, hygiene, per capita investment cost, water quality, water storage, gender and community management as well as wetlands and forest cover and land use.
