The purpose of this report is to give an impression of the proceedings and discussions that took place during the first SEHATI Programme Coordinators meeting. This meeting was held in in Labuan Bajo on the island of Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia from 25 to 27 July 2016. Programme Coordinators meetings are organised on a regular basis to increase collaboration among the SEHATI partners by facilitating sharing and learning through the exchange of information, knowledge and experiences, and by creating space and energy to move forward together.
The main objectives of the Programme Coordinators meeting were to:
1. To get up to speed on the new programme
- Reflect what the partners did during the inception phase
- Look forward and set priorities for the remainder of 2016
2. To understand the planning and reporting requirements
3. To understand the monitoring requirements, its link to reporting and an introduction to mWater
4. To review the advocacy training and discuss lobby and advocacy priorities
The July 2016 Programme Coordinators meeting followed the kick-off meeting organised in March 2016 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
