Abstract

This study focuses on the financial and managerial aspects of the three rural water supply schemes of Edappal, Mala, and Choondal, in Kerala, India. In this report an attempt has been made to analyse the existing situation and suggest measures for improving efficiency and sustainability of these schemes through people's participation.
