Report gives the findings and conclusions arising from a management analysis of the National Water Commission of Jamaica in November 1991. Apart from providing guidance to the Government of Jamaica on how to strengthen the NWC, the research team also considered the privatization of NWC functions as a possible way of bringing about institutional strenthening.
