There will be intensive collaboration with both the public and private sector, involving as much as possible Dutch knowledge and expertise and linking up with Dutch "top sector" water in collaboration with the Minsitry of Infrastrcutue and Environment. The development aid budget for water will increase from €156 million in 2011 to €254 million in 2015. In the brief, the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs announces the allocation of €10 million to IRC for a new 5 year programme. |
