IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre annual report 1990

In 1990 IRC concentrated its attention on two major areas of work: information management, including capacity building and the development of information tools, and knowledge enhancement on priority issues such as community management, the role of women, and water resources management. As a basis for this work the documentation unit's reference library was expanded considerably. Newsletters in English and French were the main product of the centre's global information generation and dissemination activities.
