| Abstract | This annual report reflects on 2022 and was the first year that IRC, Water For People and Water for Good worked together, as One For All Alliance members, to implement the new Destination 2030 shared strategy and joint mission. An "IRC at a glance" infographic provides data on our 2022 progress and how it is contributing to local, national and global levels of impact outlined in the Destination 2030 Theory of Change. The report shares how 2022 saw IRC achieving systems strengthening at scale by inspiring political commitment in Africa, South Asia and globally. Country programme stories in the report further reflect on accomplishments and are accompanied by an "IRC country at a glance" infographic which include programme and WASH coverage data. It concludes with an overview of governance and staffing, an income statement for 2018-2022, donors and clients supporting our work, and expenditure per programme in 2022.
