ICT & WASH fall 2013 : a synthesis of conference presentations for mobile technology in the water, sanitation, and hygiene sector

Throughout 2013, a number of different events and many organisations explored the potential of information and communications technology (ICT) for monitoring, to improve water and sanitation service delivery and to improve accountability. Discussions and lessons from the following three events are summarised in this briefing note:
