| Abstract | The CapManEx tool provides a calculation of the CapManEx required every year to maintain existing services, based on the i) age of the component and ii) its physical condition. All estimates are based on the current state of assets, as indicated in the asset registry and are spread over ten years. This document is designed for entities providing support to the districts and describes step by step, how the information contained in the asset registry should be converted into a projection of CapManEx over time. |
