| Abstract | This is a synthesis study of major evaluations and reviews carried out from 1988 to mid-1995 for the Department for International Development Cooperation of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, formerly known as Finnida. The purpose of the study is to provide an overview of the contents of these evaluation and review reports, discuss their influence on Finnish development cooperation activities, and find out what further lessons can be learned from them. |
