| Abstract | Mali has just completed the process of preparation of its Action Plan for Integrated Water Resources Management (AP-IWRM). At the end of this process, the Global Water Partnership, through its West African Water Partnership (GWP/WA), initiated this study for drawing key-lessons learned. Thus, this report is aimed at highlighting the decisions and events that marked decidedly the process of elaboration of the AP-IWRM in Mali. [authors abstract].
