Abstract

This working paper is a product of collaboration between IRC and CONASA. It aims to make an assessment of the contribution of aid to the water, sanitation and hygiene sector in Honduras and identifies ways to improve the effective use of aid for enhanced sector performance to ensure equitable and sustainable services for all.
