| Abstract | This note sets out some of the initial thinking on integrating ‘aid or development effectiveness’ principles into the theme of ‘smart investments’ for WASH at the SWA HLM for 2014. The idea is to develop the relevance of aid effectiveness principles and to articulate these in a way that is useful for ministers of finance in developing countries, ministers of development cooperation and heads of development agencies. |
