| Abstract | Official agreement between the Dutch government and WHO, signed on 19 December 1968, in support of the establishment of the WHO International Reference Centre on Community Water Supply (IRC) within the Rijksinstituut voor Drinkwatervoorziening (National Institute of Drinking Water Supply). The 5-year agreement (1968-1972) awarded US$ 45,000 in project funding for "medical research or other technical service" to WHO and marks the formal establishment of IRC. |
