Bertha has over 16 years post qualification experience as a Civil Engineer with specialization in water supply and sanitation engineering. She is a professional engineer (P.E) and member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (Civil Division). She is currently part of a team developing a national solid waste management model. Bertha recently led the development of an Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building programme for the GAMA Sanitation and Water project under the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development
