Prof. Pamela Mbabazi is the Executive Chairperson of the National Planning Authority, Uganda (http://www.npa.go.ug/), since 2019. A seasoned scholar, development researcher and planner, Pamela holds a Doctoral Degree in Development Studies among many other accolades. She has previously served as Head of Research at the Institute for Peace and Security Studies, Addis Ababa University, and as Deputy Vice Chancellor of Mbarara University of Science and Technology, in Uganda where she is credited for setting up the faculty and curriculum of Development Studies.
