Project Officer | Secretariat
Laura Bosma is the Project Officer within the Secretariat. She supports and works together with Patrick Moriarty and Marion Giese and coordinates IRC’s management team. She is directly responsible for overseeing projects and influencing activities that fall under the responsibility of the Secretariat.
Ever since Laura started her studies, she has been living, working, and studying in several places in the world, including Sweden, Taiwan, and Thailand. She studied human rights, humanitarian action, and conflict studies and graduated with distinction from Uppsala University in 2021. Because of her experience abroad, Laura decided that she wanted to work for an international NGO and contribute to reaching SDG 6. Her passion lies in working with people and thematic areas as health, gender equality and WASH.
When Laura is not working at IRC, she loves to do sports, such as field hockey, running and spinning, travel as much as possible, study Mandarin and cook for her friends in Utrecht.
