Pascaline joined IRC in December 2021 as a WASH Governance officer. Her work focused on systems strengthening of the WASH sector at the national level in the USAID Thrive WASH "Isoko y'Ubuzima" project in Rwanda. Pascaline holds a bachelor’s degree of Public Health from Mount Kenya University. She has an interest in the field of epidemiology and research which she hopes to pursue positioning herself as a public health champion in the WASH sector.
Prior to joining IRC, she worked for three years in community development projects, in local as well as international NGOs in Rwanda. Pascaline speaks English, French, Swahili and Kinyarwanda fluently. Coming from a blended family, Pascaline is particularly open to other cultures and traditions.
