Florence holds over 11 years experience in development and humanitarian programme performance monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning; planning, management and implementation; capacity building, programme research and development, multi- stakeholder networking, and reporting and; data quality assessment (DQA) and continuous quality improvement (CQI). Sectors worked with include; health, education, child protection, WASH and livelihoods. With exposure in Uganda, Kenya and South Sudan.
Education background: Masters of Science in public health, post graduate diploma in project planning and management, bachelors in development studies. With additional training in participatory monitoring and evaluation, as well as managing for results. The experience gained from international non-governmental organisations – Save the Children, AMREF Health Africa, ICR (now Build Africa), and Health communication partnerships.
