Hilary Azaarwa is the Finance and Operations Manager for IRC in Uganda. He has extensive finance experience developed over the past 15 years in a career that has spanned a wide range of organisations including; the Regional Pastoral Livelihood Resilience Project of the World Bank under the Ministry of Agriculture, ACORD Uganda Programme and Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network (UWASNET).
Hilary is a fully qualified Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. He hold a Masters in Economic Policy and Management (Makerere University), Masters and Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (Uganda Management Institute), Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (Makerere University) and a Uganda Diploma in Business Studies (Makerere University Business School).
Hilary brings to IRC Uganda many years of expert experience and a personal drive for results and positive outcomes.
