Liz joined IRC in April 2020, and brings business experience, client focus and a strong network to the table. Originally from Boston, Liz has lived in The Netherlands for many years and has worked in the financial and logistics industries, in innovation, change management, sales and marketing. Her work has always been global; she has delivered projects in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North America and Africa.
Several years ago, Liz made the switch from the corporate sector to NGOs and began to invest in building a better world by contributing to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Her contribution is to fight poverty by improving education and health and well-being. Liz is a passionate activist for gender equality. New to the WASH sector, Liz is excited about how IRC’s systems thinking can drive outcomes to achieve the SDGs.
Liz has an MBA from Warwick University in the UK where she specialised in Innovation and Change Management. She also has an MBA in Management from Webster University, The Netherlands. Her Bachelors is in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana USA.
In her spare time, she is an avid sport photographer and urban gardener.
