Shiny is Programme Officer for IRC's India Country Programme. Shiny supports programme implementation and leads communications for India. She also supports the Bangladesh Country Programme. Her interests lie in working towards gender transformative change and sustainability. Shiny's prior experience has been in research on gender and equity, in informal economy and evaluations, and urban governance.
