IRC has developed training sessions on embedding the concepts of a service delivery approach and the life-cycle costs approach for water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services.
The training package is set up in three modules, providing increasing levels of detail about the service delivery approach. Module 1 (two parts) explores the principles and guiding concepts underpinning the service delivery approach and associated life-cycle costs approach, including some inspiring examples In modules 2 (one part) and 3 (two parts), the principles are expanded and further practical work is provided on application of the concepts and tools in specific contexts.
