For the evaluation of the South Asia Hygiene Practitioners’ Workshop, 1 – 4 February 2010, Dhaka, Bangladesh, we would like to ask you to share your short stories about the workshop. To share your story, please click on the evaluation form link below. After having written down your story, you will be asked a few questions about it.

After answering these questions, you will be taken back to the start of the evaluation form to enter another story, highlighting another aspect relating to the workshop.

Our aim is to collect as many short stories as possible, which will help us to analyse all aspects of the workshop. You can send us as many stories as you want and at any time.

We hope to receive stories of your experiences both during and after the workshop. Please keep the following in mind in relation to your stories:

  1. You can tell as many stories as you want, so please cover one issue per short story if possible;
  2. The questions are short and mainly about your story. They require impulsive rather than reflective answers;
  3. We will make the information available for anybody interested in analysing the data, so please write your story in a way which makes you happy sharing it;
  4. We plan to start analysing your stories on Monday 25 April; after this date your story might not be part of the initial analysis.

Do not worry about spelling. The main thing is that we we understand what you want to say.  The evaluation is entirely anonymous; however, results will be shared with all workshop participants.

Thanks again for your contribution.
