International Nurses Day is celebrated around the world every May 12, the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth. The International Council of Nurses (ICN) commemorates this important day each year with the production and distribution of the International Nurses' Day (IND) resources and evidence.
In 2021, the theme for IND will be 'Nurses: A Voice to Lead - A vision for future healthcare'. #IND2021 will focus on the changes to and innovations in nursing and how this will ultimately shape the future of healthcare.
