Conference Theme: "Quest for Water Security: Quantity, Quality and Equity".

The sixth biennial Oklahoma University International WaTER Conference will gather around 180 participants from multiple disciplines with a common goal of bringing water and sanitation to developing countries. Attendees will include water and sanitation experts, students, and interested attendees from academia, industry, NGOs, government and foundations. The conference is hosted by the Water Technologies for Emerging Regions (WaTER) Center.
During this event, Martha Gebeyehu, coordinator for Ethiopia's Water Expertise and Training Center, will be awarded the 2019 OU International Water Prize and give the plenary address.
