The Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) has adopted the Service Delivery Approach to providing rural water and sanitation services in Ghana. The announcement was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of its four day 2011 Annual Review Meeting held in Ejisu, Ashanti Region. The Annual Review focused on the agency's mandate of ensuring that services are provided in a sustainable manner and there is a continuous mechanism to monitor services provided in the Rural Water and Sanitation Sub-sector.
